• Standard Orders: Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1 to 3 business days for your product to be delivered within Lebanon. We work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your WolfSip products without delay.

• Preorders: For preorder items, please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery. Preorders are processed as soon as the products become available, and we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery time.

Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and are beginning to process it.

• Order Shipment: Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor the delivery of your package.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure you receive the best value.

Delivery Areas

• Local Deliveries: We currently deliver to all regions within Lebanon. If you are located in a more remote area, please allow additional time for delivery.
